He graduated from Utah State University's dental school in Salt Lake City, Utah, with an M.A. and D.M. in pediatric dentistry in 2010.

Under the leadership of pediatric dentist Dr. Scott Folkman, who grew up in Layton, the practice and its staff are incredibly child-friendly. He rejoined the practice with his father in July 2014 and enjoyed working as a dentist at the University of Utah School of Veterinary Medicine. Outside the office, Dr. Dan enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, hiking, canyoning and riding on the terrain.
He has been involved in organized dentistry all his life and enjoys the relationship between dentistry and the community.
Dr. Mirci has completed numerous advanced training courses in many areas of dentistry and has remained at the forefront of the dental field. In order to meet the minimum requirements for certain dental disciplines, dentists must earn at least 1,000 recognised hours of training, including 400 hours of manual work - in courses. Persons who have completed the program will meet a minimum requirement of 2,500 hours in the field of dental training. I teach dentistry students, an experience I like very much, and I am very proud of the experience of my students.
Dr. Mirci's family - a dental practice in North Salt Lake - is committed to achieving this goal, offering cutting-edge treatments, including digital dentistry, at an affordable price. The practice also offers a wide range of services that are not found anywhere else in the state of Utah and the United States.
